We want to raise up a generation of children who become passionate about Him and the Word, become fully devoted followers of Christ, and carry on the discipleship process as teens and adults spreading a passion for proclaiming the Gospel in the community and beyond.
Child Protection Policy
We take our responsibility seriously to protect your child. Our Child Protection Policy is designed to inform you with our childcare procedures and expectations. It is our goal to create a safe and loving environment in which the children can learn and grow in Christ. Your children will be supervised by qualified, screened, and caring servants. A hard copy is available to you in the Children’s Wing.
Check In/Registration Procedures
When you arrive at a check-in station to check in their child, you will be entered in to the check in station. The child will receive a nametag with a random security number printed on it. Parents will receive a receipt label with the matching security number. When the parents return to pick up their child, they will show the receipt label with the matching number.
A corresponding sticker with matching security code will be given to the parent. THIS SECURITY TAG WILL BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PICK UP A CHILD. If a child’s tag is lost, parents will be directed to a staff member to verify that the individual is authorized to pick up that child.
Sunday morning Care Group starts at 9:00am. Worship care (babies to Kindergarten) starts at 10:30am.
Please label everything the child brings. If your child is potty training, please bring an extra change of clothing in a labeled bag. Please label formula, bottles, and sippy cups for toddlers and infants. We ask that you dress your preschooler in comfortable clothes. Preschoolers love art activities and going to the playground. Although paint shirts are used to protect clothing in art activities, occasional markings from washable paint or scuffs from the playground may occur. It is best to NOT allow your child to bring personal toys or other possessions to class. Doing so may cause friction with other children and difficulty for the teachers, resulting in a negative experience for your child.
We have the ability to notify you from the worship service if we have an urgent need regarding your baby or preschooler. We will display your child’s security check-in receipt number on the screen in the worship room. If your child’s number is displayed, please report to the Children’s Wing as soon as possible for further instructions.
