The following sites are resources our church uses. While some of the sites listed below are extremely helpful in our understanding of the church, its mission, fellowship, cooperation, etc., we characterize our relationship with them as sharing an affinity. They are simply helpful resources that have aided in our church becoming more Christ-like in character as we seek to understand ourselves in light of what Scripture has revealed.

9 Marks - 9Marks exists to equip church leaders with a biblical vision and practical resource for displaying God's glory to the nations through healthy churches.

Southern Baptist Convention

Southern Baptist of Texas Convention - This is one of the state conventions ORBC belongs to.  It exists to start new churches, strengthen church ministries, provide resources for local churchs, work with the SBC partners and highlights the priority of worldwide missions.

Theological Matters - a site from the faculty at SWBTS dedicated to reflections on theological topics including the areas of New Testament, Old Testament, philosophy, ethics, systematic theology, preaching, pastoral ministry and many others for the building up of the local church.

Baptist General Convention of Texas

Ellis Baptist Association - Churches cooperatively networking to expand God's kingdom.

Wycliffe Bible Translators - Today about 340 million people do not have any Scripture in their language. Wycliffe’s vision is to see the Bible accessible to all people in the language they understand best.

Global Prayer Digest - Great missions prayer web site.

The Gospel Coalition - a fellowship of evangelical churches deeply committed to renewing our faith in the gospel of Christ and to reforming our ministry practices to conform fully to the Scriptures.

Desiring God Ministries - God-centered resources from the ministry of John Piper.

Plugged In - A great resource for parents to screen movies, videos, music, TV and games.

Ravi Zacharias International Ministries - to reach and challenge those who shape the ideas of culture with the credibility of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
